dc.description.abstract Individual differences have a strong bearing among the employees in organization on the conducts they portray as a result of their personality traits; (McCrae & Costa, 1990). Personality traits are the "dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of characteristics, thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions" (McCrae & Costa, 1990, p. 29). However, there are various personality type traits which play essential roles in shaping and influencing of one’s behavior.
