dc.description.abstract This study aims at investigating the relationship between sleep quality, employee morale and work performance among employees in Makerere University. The objective is to examine the relationship between sleep quality and employee morale; the relationship between sleep quality and work performance; and the relationship between employee morale and work performance. This study will be carried out using a correlational research design, questionnaires will be used to collect data from respondents. The participants will be all staff of Makerere University. A total of 1000 respondents will participate in the study. Data will be analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), Pearson Correlation Coefficient (r) will be used to test the relationships. en_US
