Three main objectives will be used to assess the factors affecting choice of science subject combination in selected schools in Wakiso District. These include to; examine the student factors that affect choice of science subject combination; determine family background factors that affect choice of science subject combination; and establish the school based factors that affect choice of science subject combination in secondary schools. Th right e study will be guided by Egalitarian human based theory under cross section explanatory survey to collect information on 132 participants. Purposive and random sampling techniques will be used to select participants which will be collected using indepth interviews and self analyzed through a multiple regression model. en_US
