dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction among the non-teaching staff of the College of Education and External Studies of Makerere University, to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions among the non-teaching staff of the College of Education and External Studies of Makerere University and to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions among the non-teaching staff of the College of Education and External Studies of Makerere University. The study used a sample of 70 respondents which was adopted by a sampling technique. Data was therefore be collected using questionnaire and after analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists. en_US
