Abstract

Research is one of the core requirements for all university students to enable them to practice the knowledge obtained from class, and relate the theoretical knowledge to the practical bit on the ground, which subjects them to real-life work experiences. This industrial training report, therefore, covers all activities engaged while researching Collection Development Policy for Child Health Development Center. The report outlines some of the facts obtained and further explains some of the issues which require explanation and illustration. Photos that were taken ground are included in this report as evidence for the information provided. As a result of close interaction with librarians and other technical individuals on the ground and actual involvement in various works, details on how different advice can be implemented have been explained in the report.
