dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work life balance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees of Pax Insurance Company. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between work life balance and job satisfaction, work life balance and organizational commitment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between work life balance, organizational commitment and job satisfaction among employees at Pax Insurance. Findings revealed that there was no significant relationship between work life balance and job satisfaction and there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction and the organizational commitment as well as there was a significant relationship between work life balance and organizational commitment. In conclusion, the study findings don’t differ much from those elsewhere on the relationship between the variables and its was recommended that employers should create favorable work environment so that employees can strike a meaning between work and daily life this can help shape up employee engagement thus job satisfaction. en_US
