An analysis towards developing of Visual Illustrations Pedagogy to create Awereness about Street Youth Crimes in Kampala City Suburbs with reference to Kikoni “B” Kawempe Division.

Abstract

The study was to make an analysis towards “An analysis towards developing of visual illustrations pedagogy to create awareness about street youth crimes in Kampala city suburbs with reference to Kikoni “B” Kawempe division”. This was attributed to how effective visual illustration about street youth, and the crimes the do. This was to show the effectiveness about creating awareness to this problems, and how effective can this make people avoid such tragic behaviour on street, mainly the youth. This study was conducted through the use studio based illustrations and the existing illustrations or visuals, questionnaires and respondents interview guides were also used to as the primary data and the secondary sources data was gathered using journals and magazines. The study established that visual illustrations were effective towards creating awareness about the crimes committed by street youth in Kampala city suburbs with reference to Kikoni B, Kawempe division. The study recommends that visual illustrations can create educative awareness about street youth crimes to the residents in Kampala city suburbs with reference to Kikoni B in Kawempe division.
