| dc.description.abstract | The study argued on redesigning frames from waste materials framing mirrors as a canvas for painters. This was demonstrated to find out whether waste materials like stained glass, broken glass would be used to make frames that reframe mirrors as a canvas to paint on. Therefore the study highlighted specific objectives and find out whether waste materials like stained glass would be able to make frames that could reframe mirrors which would be used as a canvas for painting. In addition, according to a text in a book entitled to the reader, the author justifies that the art of painting has come to be seen in most people’s eyes, as a common art or craft, and in consequence, thousands have strayed into art or been led to it, without taking up the cobblers trade entirely oblivious to the fact that this art encompasses the entire visible world and that there is scarcely a single art or which it is fitting for the painter to main ignorant( italics svh) pg. 108. (this westeijn,2008). In conclusion, the study basically will benefit more of the students of Margaret Trowel School of Industrial and Fine Art (MTSIFA), the upcoming designers, and professionals. | en_US |
