dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the significance of sculptures, artists involved and materials they used in Makerere University. The case study was carried out in Makerere University. The data was categorized in mainly chapters. Chapter one included a brief background of the study, problem statement, objectives, scope of the study, significance and limitations. Chapter two presented literature from published books, online information to reveal the history of sculptures. Chapter three identified the different methods, tools that were used during data collection for example the researcher used more of observation to collect data. Data presentation and analysis was presented in chapter four, in the chapter the researcher chose a few sample images of selected sculptures which were later discussed and analyzed. After data was analyzed, conclusions and recommendations in chapter five were drawn from the study findings in the field.en_US
