    Abstract
    The study sought to find out the relationship between employee engagement and turnover intention among employees under Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. The study intended to achieve the level of employee engagement, to find out the relationship between employee engagement and turn over intentions. A correlational study was used in the study to establish the relationship between the two variables. There is relatively no significant relationship between several policies should be drafted by organizations to support employee’s well-being rather than solely focusing on obtaining big produces.
