dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out to analyze the visual enhancements in selected music video directors’ works in Kampala. The researcher used the following objectives to guide him through the research: 1. To identify the different works of the selected video directors. 2. To assess the quality and quantity of the video directors’ works. 3. To analyze the impact of visual enhancements to the consumption levels. The researcher used methods such as interviewing to understand straight from the directors more about visual enhancements and how it is done in the music videos, the researcher also used observation to see how the video directors were enhancing the music videos, the researcher also used questionnaires to find out from the public, their opinion on particular music videos by the selected video directors. The researcher also used random sampling in selecting which members of the public about music videos. The researcher found out that all the selected video directors’ works were visually enhanced and looked really appealing to the public, that really love the current music videos for the increased quality and also 10 of the randomly sampled consumers acknowledged that the most times love songs due to the quality of the music videos. The researcher also noted the use of really advanced equipment such as drones by the video directors to enhance the visual quality of the songs. In conclusion, Visual enhancements in Music videos has become the biggest selling point of music, the artist and the video director. In a way that the higher the quality of the music video the greater the chances of marketing both music and the artisten_US
