dc.description.abstractThis research report entitled "How to technology has been involved in Art." was caried out in areas of Muzza printing at Nasser road, and Margret trowel sehool of industrial and fine art" were there are many innovative machines that have helped in many art projects and the good example to elaborate the project was more appropriate. The study aimed at finding out how Technology had in this case helped to enhance the many art projects done by the artists in all spheres of art like drawing printing. fashion and other artistic works. The study was guided bythe rescarch objectives: To establish the influence technology on the innovative ideas of artists in Uganda today; To find out the factors that have led to increase of technology involvement in art in Uganda today. ; The experience of artists who have tried to embrace technology in line with art in Uganda today. How had talent and creativity of artists been embraced and guided by technology. The study was carried out using a descriptive design to collect data from respondents and a total of 60 respondents were taken for the study applying simple random sampling methods to select respondents Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data was collected from primary and secondary sources. The data collected underwent content analysis in order to identify emerging technically art trends, so as to extract the desired features of the study. From the study, it was found out that many respondents knew codes about certain technologies in line of programmes like Adobe and Microsoft that have helped artists to make more advertisements in production of good art.Technology has also developed machines like printers that help the artists to produce a number of art pieces and ereative works in a short period of time as compared to hand done copies The study reached a conclusion that many artists in the line of expertise have tried to embrace technology and involve it in art for the better artistie project this however indicates that technology involvement in art is doing more good than harm in Uganda. From the findings of the study, it was recommended that the artists in Uganda should embrace technology in art and should learm the technology based art like programs that are cereative and machines that can enhance art in order to improve on the quality of the works of art in Uganda and be able to compete on the global level.en_US
