dc.description.abstractThis dissertation is a ray of light to the functions of Christian sculpture as perceived by the church of Christ in the modern world today. The study captures still image of some of the commonest Christian sculptures made with artistic hands, yet embedded with elements and principles of design. Chapter one gives an insight into the background to the study, statement of the problem stated, with objectives of the study clearly singled out, on addition to the limitations and the delimitations of the study. The review of the related literature is dealt with in chapter two.en_US
