dc.description.abstractThe study was carried out to assess the local community perception and attitude towards Imbalu able to planand take part in decision making regarding the development of Mutotocircumcision income for their goods, and promotes circumcision as a healthy activity.40% the respondents were limited funding, and uncooperative cultural leaders.In order to address the challenge of misunderstandings about leadership of the Inzu institution I recommend that meeting should be sub-region. The objectives were to assess cultural tourism facilities and activities carried out at questionnaires. 60% of the respondents perceived Imbalu circumcision as a positive activity Circumcision practice as a cultural tourism product at Mutoto Circumcision ground in Bugisu members towards Imbalu circumcision practice as a cultural tourism product, and the challenges because it turned a boy into a man culturally, promotes hygiene, promotes Bagisu culture, earns faced in the development of Mutoto circumcision ground into a cultural tourism destination. 30 drug abuse, and the practice was also regarded as a deviation from religion (witchcraft). People held and voting a leader doneto help in the coordination of the local leaders such that they are perceived the practice negatively because it promoted theft, crop destruction, sexual immorality, have also been reported to have been killed from the ground during the activity. Challenges faced local community members and 20 tourists and 10 key informants were interviewed using Mutoto circumcision ground, analyze the perception and attitude of the local community grounden_US
