dc.description.abstractRose is cut flower that belongs to Rosaceae family with over 120 species.it is a queen of flowers.The market for sweetheart Roses is declining.Therefore the aim was to assess new rose cultivars that can produce quality flowers.Experiment was conducted in kabanyolo (MUARIK).six genotypes were used under RCBD experimental design.Promising results were observed therefore some can be adopted inorder to put back Uganda to it's production glory and supply to the global market.en_US
