The study's field results assist the Bwaise community and local policymakers, in particular, become more aware of issues related to rubbish management. The increased awareness was aided in the development of initiatives to lessen the issues associated with improper solid waste disposal, and it benefited the authorities to use the results of this study to propose their planning plans. Where the recommended revenue-producing ideas are implemented, they aided in earning some cash for the individuals involved. The body of existing information on waste management grows as a result of this study. For the council and the public to work together to solve the current issue, the Directorate of public health, the Department of solid waste management, and the Department of the Environment were in a position to start programs that empowers citizens and make them aware of the dangers of improper solid waste disposal. Along with the previously mentioned benefits, the study was able to give future researchers crucial knowledge for enhancing the management of solid waste in Bwaise. Other urban slum areas with similar solid waste issues may potentially benefit from using this information.en_US
