dc.description.abstractNeonatal sepsis is one of the primary causes of neonatal morbidity and mortality, especially in developing countries such as Uganda. Despite this fact, there is a shortage of information on the prevalence of neonatal sepsis and its associated factors in many health facilities in Uganda. Yet this information is important in addressing the need for timely diagnosis and prevention of neonatal complications.
