A current awareness blog for Muzinda Health Center III

Abstract

The project study aimed at designing a blog to add to the awareness system at Muzinda Health Center III in order to help clients and possible donors get easy access to alerts about new services offered and the health center at their convenience. The project objectives were ; to create a current awareness blog for advertising services offered at Muzinda Health Center for clients that are not physically at the health center, to examine how Muzinda Health Center III carries out its current awareness services at the moment, to identify the challenges faced in the current awareness system of Muzinda Health Center III, to determine the requirements needed to set up a blog for current awareness of Muzinda Health Center III, to design the current awareness blog for Muzinda Health Center III. We used a case study research design and this sought to describe a unit in detail and context .The population of 50 respondents was drawn and sampled using simple random sampling technique. The methods used to collect data included interviews and observation accompanied by their instruments. Conclusions were drawn according to the research findings of the study where 45(90) % respondents said that a current awareness blog would benefit them since it is online based. The study recommended that Muzinda Health Center III should adopt the proposed system so that it can ease the provision of current awareness service to its clients
