dc.description.abstractThe study was “a study of effect of mobile money service on user’s satisfaction in Makerere University”. The study objectives were. To find out whether increased mobile money transfers has an effect on users` satisfaction. To investigate the impact of improved MM electronicpayment services on users` satisfaction. To find out whether the accessibility to proper network has an effect on users` satisfaction with mobile money services. The study comprised of 65 respondents of whom 62.5% were males and only 37.5% were females. Questionnaires were used to collect Data and other information was collected from the respondents.The data collected was processed using Microsoft Excel and later exported to a statistical software package of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for analysis using frequencies and distribution tables at basis of univariate and bivariate analysis. Findings were discussed in the chapter 4 of the results detailing what is on ground. The study found out that most of respondents were satisfied with mobile money services however a small percentage of the respondents responded negatively towards their satisfaction with mobile money services due to high charges as well as the minor cases of poor network accessibility.
