The aim of the study was to develop guidelines for integration of multimedia in library and information services at Centre for Lifelong Learning library. Data was collected from 24learners, 10 from Primary Section (primary six and seven) and 14from Secondary (senior one,two and three), one librarian and 1 teacher. The results showed that dyslexic learners had long lost interest in visiting the library due to the methods they use in accessing library and information services. This is because these methods are boring and hectic. Results also show that reading difficulties is the biggest challenge faced by dyslexic learners at CeLL although they result into other problems like frustrations, confusion and impaired self-esteem. The librarian at CeLL explained the methods they use in teaching learners how to access library and information services such as blending and over learning. Different hardware and software requirements were given out by the respondents. According to the results, the teacher, librarian and some dyslexic learners agreed that multimedia can reduce on the problems these learners face while accessing library and information services and this was confirmed when all learners agreed that they love reading story books with pictures. Learners gave out reasons why multimedia can reduce the problems learners face in accessing library and information services. Lastly guidelines for integration of multimedia in library and information services at CeLL were developed since it was the main objective of the study.en_US
