    Technology and its impact on illustration today.

    Abstract
    This study generally analyses the impact of technology on illustration with special emphasis on students at Margret Trowel School of Industrial and Fine Art. A project aimed at improving and promoting the usage of computers and design programs by illustration students at the Margret Trowel school of industrial and fine art was implemented. More so, the thesis was based on the following objectives in relation to the study topic. To analyze how the computer has been transformational in illustration, and show the difference between traditional and modern techniques of rendering. To empower illustrators, up-coming cuts future in realistic ways. To find out illustration and significance on its own possibilities, quality of reproduction values, creativity. To understand the relationship with modern equipment and tools of technology. To do a comparison between the traditional means of illustration and the new technological means of illustrating. To describe the factors for the change of the media of illustrating. In chapter one, the researcher presents the introductory part of the entire study, the background of the study, the research problem, purpose of the study, objectives, research questions, significance of the study, and the scope of the study. The researcher used Microsoft excel to analyze data collected from the students. He also used descriptive statistics to describe the data and inferential statistics to get statistical significance. The researcher presented some of the related literature in relation to the study objectives, quotations were made basing on the study of the research. The researcher presented the research design, area of the study, target population, sampling, data collection methods, research instruments, data processing and analysis. The researcher then presented, analyzed, interpreted, and discussed the findings or the information got from the field basing on the objectives of the study. Finally, in chapter five of the study, the conclusions, and recommendations were made basing on the results got from the field.
