A research report submitted to the Margaret Trowell School of Industrial and Fine Arts in partial fulfillment for the requirement of the award of the degree of Bachelor of Industrial and Fine Arts of Makerere University.en_US
Abstract art is a form of visual language of form, color and line to create a composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world. Paintings mainly done nowadays are more of abstract. The reason is that people nowadays express their feeling in abstraction. The researcher’s area of study was mainly town based in places like Central Kampala, Ntinda and Kamwokya. The researcher goes ahead to tell all painters that they should also do a little of reality as the legends in painting put it. With this, it will bring back the beauty of painting hence making the paintings master pieces and also National treasures.en_US
