    Abstract
This research is aimed at finding out if really Ugandan manufactured leather can be used to design casual clothing for specifically university students in Kabale. Why Kabale you may ask, its because this region is very cold due to the fact that its mountainous. Leather is a strong material that can help these university students to withstand this weather while studying. i also have to further find out why these students prefer imported products over the locally made ones.
