    Abstract
    Here, there is a summary of the history of street children in Uganda and Kampala were Uganda has a documented history of street children since the 1960/1970s when boys sold bags and assisted shoppers around Nakasero market. Chapter one contains the problem of the statement, objectives, the purpose of the study, research questions and scope of the study. Chapter two covers literature related to this study.
