The study aimed at designing and implementing an HIV/AIDs information dissemination application for Nurture Africa in Nansana Municipality. The objectives of the study were to; examine the current means used to disseminate HIV/AIDs Information to the youth, establish the requirements necessary to design and develop an HIV/AIDs information dissemination application and to implement the HIV/AIDS information dissemination application (IDA) for Nurture Africa to enable the youth of Nansana Municipality easily access HIV/AIDs Information. From Nurture Africa, 5 staff and 20 youth supported by the organisation were purposively selected to participate in the study. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect primary data as well as the document review method that was used to collect secondary data that supported the design and implementation of the information dissemination application. The study revealed that currently, Nurture Africa uses traditional and manual means to disseminate HIV/AIDs information to the youth such as radios, TVs, community meetings and discussions which are prone to challenges such as; lack of enough time to attend to the discussions and community meeting and slow retrieval of information at Nurture Africa. Majority of the respondents recommended that the information dissemination application will help to effectively disseminate HIV/AIDs information to the youth in Nansana Municipality.  en_US
