    Abstract
    The study was intended to investigate the causes of inadequate production among jewelers students of MTSIFA. The study was guided by three objectives that were, i. To find out if there is limited raw materials as a problem among jewelers students at MTSIFA. ii. To examine how students acquire some of the jewelers raw materials the use for cause work. iii. To examine whether the MTSIFA administration is in position to provide students with some jeweler raw materials. iv. To assess whether scarcity of materials affect production among jewellery students Questionnaires and observation were used to gather data for the study and the Sample size of the study was 30 respondents, those were selected using simple random sampling and purposive sampling technique. Chapter one covers the background to the study, statement of the problem, objectives of the study, research questions, scope of the study and significance of the study. The study was focused on the limited jewellery raw materials as a cause of inadequate production among jewellery students at MTSIFA. Chapter of literature review contains critical information facts and options of various writers, academicians and research about limited jewellery raw materials as a cause of inadequate production among jewellery students and how to overcome such causes. Chapter three presents the study area and population of the study, sample size and sample method techniques, data collection methods, data analysis, procedure of the study, limitations of the study. Chapter four shows the findings of the study. It shows the response of students at Margaret Trowell School of industrial and fine arts towards the materials and tools they use.
