    Abstract
    ABSTRACT Sculpture refers to the art of making two or three dimensional representatives or abstract forms, especially by curving stone, wood or by casting metal or plaster. This report examines various attempts to investigate the influence of sculptures towards its community around Makerere University. The chapter spills out the introduction which describes the major topic of the study, the background which names out some history of the study and more, statement of problem, objectives of the study, geographical, research questions, content and time scope. The second chapter examines the literature of the study i.e. in this chapter you find the literature review of the proposal with its related and necessary references. Chapter three is mainly for the research methodology, this section describes the rationale for the application of specific procedures or techniques used to identify, select, and analyze the information applied to the understanding the research problem, thereby, allowing the reader to critically evaluate a study’s overall validity and reliability. Chapter four comprises of the presentation of the findings, this is mainly to obtain usable and useful information about the research. Chapter five which is the very last chapter comprises of the conclusion, recommendations, references and the appendix.
