    Abstract
Individual differences have a strong bearing among the employees in organization on the conducts they portray as a result of their personality traits; (McCrae & Costa, 1990). Personality traits are the "dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of characteristics, thoughts, feelings, behaviors and actions" (McCrae & Costa, 1990, p. 29). However, there are various personality type traits which play essential roles in shaping and influencing of one’s behavior. Among these various personality traits of interest to this study is the Dark triad personality type trait.
