Abstract
The focus of this study was on assessing the effectiveness of modular housing in reducing construction costs and time in comparison to traditional onsite construction. The assessment in this study focused on the following specific areas;
1. To compare the cost of construction for buildings constructed using modular housing to those constructed using traditional methods.
2. To compare the total construction time for buildings constructed using modular housing and those constructed using traditional methods.
