The thesis is the study surrounds on art and enviroenmental conservation in Banda village and we see that today in Banda village Kampala district there is a challenge of plastic and polythene papers which are among agents that detoxicate the land and influence poor sanitation, causing pollution to soil and people in the area. In every homestead, there is garbage of polythene and plastic bottles. These can be recycled to make art and to conserve, the environment. Art has been recognized as medium through which environmental conservation can be successfully addressed in Banda, Kampala district. Many people had very limited knowledge about using art to form up something new from garbage. However, the essence of this research is to identify artist who have worked in line with environment conservation through making impactful art works.
