Abstract
This research study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of problems faced by in-house property
managers versus outsourced property managers on residential rental property management in
Bukoto, Uganda. The study will use a quantitative and qualitative approaches to collect and
analyze data from property managers in Bukoto, Uganda. The study will identify the specific
problems faced by both in-house and outsourced property managers in managing the same rental
properties in Bukoto.
The results of the study will be useful for property owners and managers in Uganda, as well as for
researchers and policymakers interested in property management practices in developing
countries.
