Abstract
A good transport system is essential for the social-economic development and consolidation of any country. Uganda has a population of approximately 47 million people. According to the Uganda bureau of statistics, the average annual population growth rate of Kampala city was 3.56% between 2002 and 2014 (UBOS, 2016).
