Abstract
This reflective report discusses a project that addressed substantive issues of period poverty and
sustainable menstrual health solutions. The project aimed to raise awareness about CouldYou? menstrual
cups as an affordable and eco-friendly alternative to disposable pads, while also tackling limited
knowledge and stigmas surrounding menstrual cups. The report explores the methods used for
information gathering, ethical considerations, challenges encountered, lessons learned, the connection
between theoretical knowledge and practical work and future improvements. The project aimed to make a
positive impact on period poverty and promote sustainable menstrual health solutions.
