    Organizational culture, competitive advantage and labor turnover

    Abstract
    The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between organizational culture, competitive advantage and labor turnover. The study adopted a correlational research design with a sample of thirty respondents. Data was analyzed using a Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) computer programme. Results indicated that there was a positive relationship between organizational culture and competitive advantage. They also indicated that competitive advantage had a significant influence on labor turnover. Results further indicated that organizational culture had a significant influence on labor turnover. In conclusion, organizational culture and competitive advantage had a positive implication with on labor turnover. Therefore, organizations should make sure that they have a strong culture in the work place.
