dc.description.abstract This research is about the analysis of art education in secondary schools in Sembabule District; it shows how art education has been ignored by both parents and some officials in secondary schools in Sembabule district due to difficulties in material access. Secondary schools have played a very minimal role in presentation of Art education in Sembabule district and Uganda at large. Most students don’t have interest in doing as a career because in secondary schools because parents discourage them, expensive art materials in Sembabule district. There is a lot of proper-gander about art education and most people have a lot of bias. The research also suggests and recommends solutions to the problem. en_US
