dc.description.abstract Management systems are essential in organizations across various sectors. They provide a structured approach to designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving processes, rules, and practices. These systems ensure efficient and effective operations that align with an organization's goals, standards, and objectives. It covers the background and motivation for the project, the methodologies used for data collection and system development, and the outcomes and implications of the system.
