dc.description.abstract The study examines Acholi trickster tales and its didactic values i.e. (how it helps in child upbringing, teaching survival skills and passage of culture from one generation to the next). The selected Acholi folktales in this study have been translated from Luo to English language. The majorly used method for data collection was interviewing and the use of key informants. en_US
