Abstract
The general purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Employee Motivation, Employee Attitude and Job Performance at Uganda Microcredit Foundation. The study adopted a quantitative research design with are correlation method to investigate this relationship. A sample of 10 employees was selected to participate in this study who were selected using the sampling technique. Data was adopted using self-administered questionnaires and later analyzed using statistical package for social scientist version 23. The study results indicated that there is a positive insignificant relationship between employee motivation and employee attitudes, (r=.622. p= .055). The results also indicated that there is a relationship between employee motivation and job performance (r=.636*, p .048). Finally the results showed that there is a significant relationship between employee attitudes and job performance (r=.828**, p =.003).
