Abstract
The study examined relation transformational leadership negatively influences their turnover intention. Relationship between transformational leadership (individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, idealized influence, and intellectual stimulation) and job stress. Relationship between job stress and turnover intention, that is, individual with low organization based self-esteem (OBSE) will react more negatively to stress than those with high OBSE. Consequently, they will have higher level of turnover intention among the employees of Lakeside college Luzira Uganda. The study adopted the correlation study design which was used to correct data with self-administered questionnaires. The researcher sampled 20 respondents from the study area. Data was analyzed using SPSS and Pearson Correlation coefficients were used to test the hypothesis
