dc.description.abstract This report is about the final year project which was undertaken from April 2021 to December 2021. The study was about investigating the potential of laser scanning in auditing discrete materials on construction sites and was carried out within and around Makerere University. This report accounts for the tools and equipments used in collecting data, analysing it with given software and computing the results. It entails relevant pictures from the construction sites and software along with the tables showing results obtained from the study. Conclusions and recommendations were also made and included in this report. This has helped me learn how to use laser scanning equipment along with the related software required for analysis. en_US
