dc.description.abstract This project report details the comprehensive development of an innovative in-house RNA extraction kit, aimed at addressing the growing demand for efficient and cost-effective RNA isolation methods in molecular biology and diagnostics. Traditional RNA extraction kits are often expensive and may not meet specific research needs, prompting the need for a customizable, in-house solution. My project focused on the design, optimization, and validation of an in-house RNA extraction kit. Key components of the report include the formulation and testing of proprietary RNA extraction reagents, the engineering of a user-friendly protocol, and the evaluation of kit performance. en_US
