dc.description.abstract Human resources apart from other resources in an organization are the most valuable resource for effective organizational performance. Organization either public or private is highly depends on employee’s performance and commitment towards achieving organizational goals. Employee’s commitment is associated with employee’s motivation at workplace and depends highly on how management treats employees. Motivation and its impact on employees’ performance has always remained highly researched area and have gone through many discussions and through this study a deeper investigation is made to identify the impact of Motivation on performance of the employees’. Independent variables used under this study include the following; Simulation, Computer based training, Pay, Incentives, Acknowledgement, Leadership, Accountability, and demographic factors whereas the dependent variable is Employee efficiency. Descriptive survey design has been adopted for this study with a sample size comprising of 68 respondents and used simple random sampling without replacement. Collected details were analyzed via SPSS. The most interesting aspect is that result of this study found most of the factors chosen have significant relationship with motivation. Moreover, it found Simulation, Computer based training, Pay, Incentives, Acknowledgement, Accountability, age and gender has significant impact on employees’ efficiency.
