Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between motivation, job performance and turnover intentions among employees in Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited. The objective is to examine the relationship between motivation and performance, performance and turnover intentions and motivation and turnover intentions. This study will be carried out using a Correlational research design; questionnaires will be used to collect data from respondents. The participants will be all employees of Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited. A total of 82 respondents will participate in the study. Data will be analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), Pearson Correlation coefficient (r) will be used to test the relationships
