dc.description.abstract Public Institutions have been associated with poor management and performance. Little is understood about the reasons behind such poor performance. Therefore, this study examined the effect of leadership styles on the performance of Uganda’s public Institutions, through the mediating factors of type of leadership style. This study has examined the impact of leadership behavior on performance of NDA. A case study research design was adopted A mixed method approach was employed to collect and analyze data.
