dc.description.abstract This study conducts an in-depth investigation into the conformity of real estate developments to physical planning standards with a particular focus on the case study of Zion estates. The research delves into the key aspects of urban planning, land use, infrastructure and regulatory compliance within the context of the real estate development. By analyzing the Zion estates case, this research aims to shed light on the challenges and opportunities associated with achieving adherence to Physical Planning in the dynamic landscape of real estate development. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for policy makers, urban planners and developers to enhance sustainable and compliance real estate practices. en_US
