Abstract
Labour law is a body of legislative laws, administrative rulings and precedents which address the legal rights, obligations of working people and their organizations.1 There are two categories of labour laws which are collective labour laws that relate to the tripartite relationship between employee, employer and labour union and the individual labour laws that majorly concern the rights of employees at work and through the contract of work for example the employment Act 2006.
