dc.description.abstractThe WARCC (WIMEA-ICT AWS Remote Control and Configuration) is a sub-version of the WIMEA-ICT (which aims at improving the weather information management of East Africa through the use ICT). This project, WARCC is aimed adding additional functionality of remote control and configuration of the WIMEA-ICT Automatic Weather Stations. This project’s major goal is to allow the remote management and control of the different weather stations of WIMEA-ICT. The project is therefore believed that it will be able to provide the necessary functionality that is required for remotely controlling, configuring and managing the WIMEA-ICT AWS.en_US
