Uganda has a fast growing population rate and the general public’s demand for health services is rising promptly with increasing population. However, the limited and unbalanced distribution of health facilities have caused the prominent problems of access with the society. Along with the technology development and Internet popularization, GIS approaches and related products have been widely used in the people’s daily life. The main focus of this study is to assess suitable locations for health centers within Bugweri county. GIS will be used as an analysis tool to identify any correlation between health facility and population including some of the factors like location, Train, population, nature of existing health centers and so on.en_US
