    Abstract
    This research was carried out based on the consumer behavior field, aims to analyze and give explanations of both the current situation and the prospect of Vehicle Repair and Maintenance APP in obtaining mechanic services. This paper introduces the disadvantages of the existing methods of obtaining mechanic services. Questionnaires, in- depth interviews and observations were used as research methods in order to expand market and prove the public necessity on Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Application. Primary data was collected and analyzed by SPSS. Then, the functions of VRM Application that people need and the gap between conceiving and implementing were derived. Finally, recommendations are listed.
