A research project submitted in partial fulfillment for the award of a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying and Geomatics of Makerere University.en_US
The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between Particulate Matter2.5 and meteorological factors (precipitation, relative humidity, wind speed and temperature) and to use the multivariate linear regression model to Predict PM2.5. imagery from sentinel 2 of the day of 30th March,2020 and 21st September, 2020 for study area of Kampala were used because they had no cloud cover. Meteorology information of these similar days were extracted and elevation data (DEM) of the Kampala obtained. This report is organized into five sections. Section one is the presentation part giving the foundation of the research, problem statement, justification, the targets of the research, and portrayal of the investigation region. Section two is the writing audit depicting the air contamination idea relying upon airborne profundity, far off detecting air quality, AOD recovery calculations, and PM2.5 expectation models. Section three has the followed methodology; section four includes the analysis and discussion of results and finally, section five with ten_US
